Join our Bible Study ministry to discover how the work of Annunciation Catholic Church affects the community and the world at large!  Joining a ministry is a perfect opportunity for you to get closer to other members of our congregation, and of course to honor the sacrifices and teachings of the Lord.

THURSDAY BIBLE STUDY

Join our bible study for fellowship and to learn how to live a life of the saints.

BEREAVMENT

Contacts family and see if they have any needs. 
Plan a meal, usually pot luck, for the family after the funeral should they desire it.

CHILDREN'S CHURCH

Recruit parishioners who wish to be a part of the ministry.
Schedule parishioners to teach the lesson during the 10:30 am Mass.
Provide a program that corresponds with priest’s homily for young children ages 3-6

EUCHARISTIC ADORATION

Create an atmosphere conducive to silent Eucharistic Adoration in the Chapel
Schedule Committed Partners for the 2nd Thursday of each month
Set up and take down Adoration each month
Open the church at 8am and close it at 8pm

Create and maintain active list of parishioners requesting Homebound visitation

Provide lectors and commentators for Sunday masses, special feast days and other celebrations 
Recruit, train, schedule and maintain an active group of parishioner readers

LOAVES & FISHES

PERSON IN CHARGE- STEVE GREENOUGH

Loaves & Fishes is a community sponsored ministry that provides lunch and hospitality to those 

     who need it – every Monday and Friday from 11:30am- 1:00pm

Our parish participates on the first Monday and Wednesday of each month

Located next door to the Salvation Army Thrift Store at the corner of 26th Street North and Main Street

All volunteers are welcome

MUSIC MINISTRY

Provide music for Church services including Mass, Funerals, Weddings and other special events
Recruit and maintain an active group of parishioners as choir members, organists, and other musicians

Organizes and coordinates the Newcomers of the Parish

Organize Catholic education program and curriculum for youth from PreK through 5th grade
Once a week lesson between masses in the Activities Center

Organize Catholic education program and curriculum for youth from 6th through 12th grades

Communicate Respect Life events to parish

Lead inquirers on the journey of faith to full communion with our Catholic community
Held every Tuesday night - September until May.

SACRISTAN

PERSON IN CHARGE- NANCY REEVES

Ensures adequate supplies of items needed for liturgies
Oversees day to day maintenance of liturgical objects
Consults with Arts and Environment Committee and prepares for special services
Sets up liturgical celebrations
Assists celebrant and the different ministers before each celebration as needed
Cleans and keeps sacristy neat and organized

Since 2000, Annunciation Catholic Church has provided the community with all the tools, wisdom, and resources they need to keep them grounded. Our Bible Study was established with an aim to offer congregants the chance to give back to the community. Each of our ministries is as strong as a family and bring congregants closer together.
